Avocado Panna Cotta with Crayfish

Ingredients for 10 portions

10.6 oz (300 g)QimiQ Classic Original, room temperature
7.1 oz (200 g)Avocados, very ripe
1.7 fl oz (50 ml)Lime juice
1.8 oz (50 g)Green onions, finely sliced
7.1 oz (200 g)Crayfish tails, diced
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Blend the QimiQ Classic, avocado and lime juice together with a burr mixer until completely smooth
  2. Add the scallions and crayfish and mix well. Pour into molds and chill for at least 4 hours, preferably over night
