Tiramisu
Ingredients for 10 portions
| 8.8 oz (250 g) | QimiQ Whip Original, chilled | ||
| 8.8 oz (250 g) | Mascarpone, whisked smooth | ||
| 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) | Milk | ||
| 3.5 oz (100 g) | Sugar | ||
| Vanilla extract | |||
| 0.7 fl oz (20 ml) | Amaretto [Almond liquor] | ||
| For the lady fingers | |||
| 36 | Lady fingers | ||
| 10.1 fl oz (300 ml) | Espresso coffee | ||
| 1.1 oz (30 g) | Sugar | ||
| 0.5 fl oz (15 ml) | Amaretto [Almond liquor] | ||
| Cocoa powder, to dust | |||
Preparation
- Lightly whip the cold QimiQ Whip until completely smooth, ensuring that the entire mixture is incorporated (especially from bottom and sides of bowl)
- Add the mascarpone, milk, sugar, vanilla and almond liquor and continue to whisk until the required volume has been achieved
- Drizzle the lady fingers with the coffee/sugar/liquor mixture and layer alternately in a serving dish with the cream. Finish with a layer of cream
- Chill well and dust with cocoa powder before serving
