Whipped Garlic and Herb Butter
Ingredients for 900 g
|8.8 oz (250 g)||QimiQ Whip, chilled|
|1.8 oz (50 g)||Garlic, finely chopped|
|2.8 oz (80 g)||Mixed herbs, finely chopped|
|0.4 oz (10 g)||Lemon peel, finely grated|
|Salt and pepper|
|17.6 oz (500 g)||Butter, softened|
- Whisk the butter until fluffy. Slowly add the cold QimiQ Whip and continue to whisk for a few minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whip until the required volume has been achieved.
- Fill the mixture into a mould lined with cling film and chill well.
