Whipped Garlic and Herb Butter
Ingredients for 900 g
|8.8 oz||QimiQ Whip, chilled|
|1.8 oz||Garlic, finely chopped|
|2.8 oz||Mixed herbs, finely chopped|
|0.4 oz||Lemon peel, finely grated|
|Salt and pepper|
|17.6 oz||Butter, softened|
- Whisk the butter until fluffy. Slowly add the cold QimiQ Whip and continue to whisk for a few minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whip until the required volume has been achieved.
- Fill the mixture into a mould lined with cling film and chill well.
