Avocado Panna Cotta with Crayfish
Ingredients for 10 portions
| 10.6 oz (300 g) | QimiQ Classic Original, room temperature |
| 7.1 oz (200 g) | Avocados, very ripe |
| 1.7 fl oz (50 ml) | Lime juice |
| 1.8 oz (50 g) | Green onions, finely sliced |
| 7.1 oz (200 g) | Crayfish tails, diced |
| Salt and pepper |
Preparation
- Blend the QimiQ Classic, avocado and lime juice together with a burr mixer until completely smooth
- Add the scallions and crayfish and mix well. Pour into molds and chill for at least 4 hours, preferably over night
