QimiQ Sauce Base consists of 97% cream (16% fat) and 3% starch. The starch is a high quality, neutral tasting, “clean label” starch (waxy maize and tapioca starch). Unlike modified starches which are commonly used in competition products, this “clean label” starch contains no E – numbers.
